However, having been praying for the election results for the past many months, by mid-day Tuesday the Lord had given me such a peace that I was able to accept it. Although it is not what many of us would have wished, the Lord does not make mistakes!! What a treasure to have the Lord to cling to in troubling times!! I've really been missing you lately, Bryant!! It's just been too long!! Last night after McCain gave his speech I was very sad. I went to the Bible and found comfort in His Word. The Lord is in control and no one can change that.
