CILT graduation–June 20

CILT is a two year leadership program for young ladies having completed 10th grade. CILT stands for “Camper In Leadership Training.” It prepares young ladies to be counselors at camp, guides them in developing life leadership skills, and trains them in the best methods for teaching and counseling children.
