…to wear my thorns.
A lady sang this gorgeous song at a Christmas program we attended today. The lyrics are simply stunning! Please take the time to read them. They are beautiful!
There’s a Rose in Bethlehem, with a beauty quite divine,
Perfect in this world of sin, on this silent, holy night.
There’s a fragrance much like hope that it sends upon the wind,
Reaching out to every soul from a lowly manger’s crib.
Oh, Rose of Bethlehem, how lovely, pure and sweet
Born to glorify the Father,
born to wear the thorns for me!
There’s a Rose in Bethlehem, colored red like mercy’s blood,
‘Tis the flower of our faith, ’tis the blossom of God’s love.
Oh, Rose of Bethlehem, how lovely, pure and sweet
Born to glorify the Father,
born to wear the thorns for me!

I’m really liking your new layout, Bryant. I finally made the switch to WordPress too. I’m curious. Are there some things you like about Blogger, better?
Those are simply amazing words, Bryant. Thank you for sharing them. :)
Kaylene:
I much, much, much prefer the post editing system on Blogger than here. The print is way too tiny (at least on this template) and one cannot make it larger like one can on Blogger. And I don’t like how it uploads photos in the least. So, what I’ve been doing is signing into my old Blogger account, writing a post, then copying the HTML code, and pasting it into the the WordPress post! It works great! Other than that, I’ve been loving WordPress!
Wow, those lyrics are beautiful!
Do you mindif I post these lyrics on my blog?
No, I don’t mind at all!
Have a blessed day, Amanda!
It is a beautiful song! In fact, I learned a dance to it when I was at Ballet Magnificat! Dance Intensive in the summer.
