At the homeschool cooperative I attend, we have have been studying the philosopher Friedrich Nietzche (1844-1900). Nietzche challenged most of the traditional beliefs about the value of human life, morals, human rights, equality of all people, and the existence of God. He is well-known for the above quote which succinctly states his belief about God’s existence.
During our discussion of him in class, one student told about a t-shirt she once saw that read,
“Nietzche is dead.”

Now tell me, who really has the last word? [grin]

I wanted to say, thank you for that post! It was really encouraging! Here where we live it is really weird to see a girl in a skirt… and I used to feel like you at first. But now I am used to it, even though sometimes I still feel like I am really calling attention by the way I dress… Thank you, it was a blessing!
That’s great! Just recently I read about that somewhere, though I can’t remember where. I wonder who made that t-shirt. They must have been very intellegent. :))
