In the Fremont disrict of Seattle, there is a troll that lives under a bridge. He even has the honor of having a street named after him, rightly called Troll Avenue. This troll is fond of eating cars as well as people, although he is especially fond of Volkswagen Beetles. (Owners of this kind of vehicle, Beware!)
And yes, that is a real car there in the statue! [smile]
He graciously agreed to refrain from eating Micah Noel and I while we posed for a picture with him.
Very Random Photo

Not quite the thing you’re expecting to see on my blog, right? [grin]
Never fear! Read on for a full explanation!

I love your random pictures!! Good thing the troll didn’t eat you!! :)
It is a very good thing, isn’t it?! [grin]
How did the car get eaten?
They covered the car in cement, or something, and stuck it in the statue, and formed troll’s “fingers” around it so it looks like he’s holding the car!
Now *that’s* something I have definitely never seen before! Just a little scary. :-)
Btw, I love your brown skirt! Where’d you find it?
I made it! I found the material on sale (yeah for sales!) at Joann’s. I used the Simplicity pattern #9466. BTW, this is the pattern Esther Ulmer uses a lot for her skirts! She got me hooked on it, too! [grin]
That is too neat!!
And I LOVE the skirts!! :)
