Bryant’s Best Banana Bread Recipe

I’ve tried a lot of banana bread recipes, and this is by far the best! Very moist and very yummy! Our family favorite!
~Banana Bread~
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 t. soda
1/2 c. vegetable oil (this can be reduced to 1/4 and the bread is still very moist)
1 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and sugar, oil and vanilla, add banans and mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to above mixture. Add nuts and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
